Most property platforms show a single blue tick. Efie does not, because a phone-number check and a physical property inspection are not the same thing — and pretending they are is how buyers get hurt.

Level 1 — Contact Verified

The lister's phone number and email address have been confirmed. This tells you the person is reachable. It tells you nothing about the property.

Level 2 — Agent Verified

The agent's identity has been checked and their licence status confirmed against the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC) public registry, as provided for under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047).

Level 3 — Property Verified

The property physically exists as described. An Efie verifier or approved partner has independently confirmed the location, type and key details of the listing.

Level 4 — Documentation Verified

Relevant ownership or property documentation has been reviewed by an appropriate professional. For land, this includes site plan and search status where available.

Level 5 — Transaction Ready

The property has passed the defined checks required for Efie's transaction-support process.
